Do you ever find yourself wandering in your thoughts whether you are doing enough for God? I do. A lot. We are human and have doubts, but doubts can drag us down. If all you do for God is all you can do, you are doing enough. It’s like sacrifice. If you sacrificed everything you have, you have given enough. It can also be with your time, energy, money, etc. Pray and ask God how you are doing in faith and in glorifying Him. He will give you signs and answer you, even in simple ways. Simple ways like someone noticing the work you do for God, an opportunity that comes your way, or even the simplest bible verse.
I have wondered this question lately, too. God has shown me, in ways, that He never ignores and never forgets the things I sacrifice and do for Him. He knows a sincere heart and continues to grow us in whatever we do. You can do a lot for His glory, whether it be praying for others, singing, missions, preaching, art, writing, etc. Use your talents and gifts to spread the Gospel. However you are able to share God’s love to the world, do it. Pray so He can guide you in how to do it. He will provide for you there. Don’t worry about whether you are doing enough. If all you give to God, is all you’ve got, you’re good. You might be doing better than you think!
“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31
