2017 has come to an end and the new year is finally here. I cannot wait for what God has in store for this year, but also I am a little nervous. I know that some things might happen that I will not understand, but I also know that there will be many blessings that I did not expect or ever imagined receiving. Every year is a constant roller coaster. That is just the way life works. I pray for strength in the new year.. for God to help us to love, be faithful, to be humble, joyful, peaceful, courageous, happy and healthy. There are some things we will need to let go in order to leave room for the good things to come in this new year. A new start is always good, but everyday is a new start. You do not always have to wait for a new year.
Welcome to the new year, where new opportunities will come, new people will enter your life, and new blessings and lessons will be a part of you. New memories, new traditions, and new beginnings may come your way. God has given you another year for a reason.
So as the old days pass and the new will come, it is not easy letting it go. Nothing will be the same, something in the new year will always be different.. but most importantly, we will always be growing.
